My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The spa facilities were impressive and had a nice pool, but the overall quality of the rooms and dining left much to be desired. While I found the spa to be charming, the lack of proper room amenities and a disappointing breakfast really made my stay feel lacking. I would return for the spa, but I can't recommend staying overnight.

The hotel has beautiful and modern spa facilities which I truly enjoyed, especially the large pool. However, my experience was let down by the lack of attention from staff, particularly during my spa visit, and the limited dining options which resulted in a poor breakfast experience. The indoor pool was a great highlight, but overall, it didn't quite meet the four-star expectations.

I had a fabulous time at the Universal hotel in Abano! The spa facilities were modern and aesthetically pleasing, and the food was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. However, my friend's experience was quite different; they found the room to be generic and poorly equipped, with limited information provided about services. While I loved many aspects of my stay, the inconsistent service left some room for improvement.
